Fifteen years ago, in the quiet town of Westbury, something special was born. It wasn’t just a new place to eat. It was a little piece of Italy, brought to life by a passionate Italian chef named Vittorio Capetti. With nothing but a stone oven, a head full of family recipes, and a heart full of love for Italian cooking, Vittorio opened Zia Pizza with one mission: To bring the real taste of Italy to every table.What started as a small neighborhood pizzeria soon became a part of Westbury’s identity.
